New Business Development Manager
Energy / Oil & Gas / Mining (SaaS platform)
Basic pay:  up to £50,000
Commission:  Double OTE uncapped

The opportunity for you -  New Business Development Manager

Due to the continuous success of our online intelligence platforms - we are now seeking to hire several business development managers to join our company immediately.  As a new business development manager, you be on the frontline of our new business activities, where you will engage with C-suite executives from all over the world and generate interest in our intelligence products, with a view to closing your own sales.

The Core Responsibilities

  • Build mutually beneficial, value-based relationships with new clients - worldwide
  • Present our solution via a consultative sales approach to understand needs and requirements in clients in order to secure new business, consulting and up sell opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly new business sales revenue targets
  • Engage in major client-facing presentations, Zoom calls and F2F meets

Training and Development:

We believe in constant, individually tailored training sales training.  As a result of this approach, many of our senior managers and directors have come through the business from junior positions.  This is how we grow and promote organically from within - by continuously developing our team.  

About you:

  • Minimum of three years new business sales experience for senior sales role
  • Minimum of one years experience for junior sales position
  • Candidates from a Recruitment, Sponsorship, Software, SaaS or solution sales background are particularly encouraged.
  • A natural interest in sales and business development
